What is the order timing?
Most engraved orders need a lead time of 10 business days + shipping. Orders can be expedited for a fee.
How do I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped directly to you. There will be a shipping charge which depends on the order size.
How do I approve the engraving?
A proof can be emailed to you if you require or we can approve the proof for you based on the engraving you submitted.
Can I return engraved items?
Unfortunately engraved orders are a final sale.
Can I return non-engraved orders?
Non engraved items can be returned for store credit only.
What are the charges for engraving?
All crystal and glass products include engraving. All metal items the charges are $.39/letter and $8/logos. There is no cost for logo setups.
Is there price difference on glass items if I don’t want it engraved?
Some glass items are available for lower price. Please contact us.
